Red velvet cake, with vanilla buttercream.
All iced cakes will be covered on the outside with a delicious white chocolate ganache.
The ganache seals in moisture and flavour, allowing the cake to stay fresh for longer.
The cake will then be covered with fondant before being decorated.
Semi-naked cakes will have a light covering of buttercream on the outside, which helps to seal in moisture.
