I love baking. All of my recipes have been built from experience with my ingredients sourced locally where possible. My free range eggs travel just a few miles across from the next village and my organic milk and butter is from the local dairy.
Wedding cakes are available in the following flavours.
Vanilla sponge Rich chocolate cake Chocolate orange Lemon drizzle Lemon and poppy seed Carrot cake Blueberry, lemon and white chocolate Guinness (contains alcohol) Prosecco and raspberry (contains alcohol) Strawberry, Champagne and Rose (contains alcohol)
*Traditional fruit cake - Rich and boozy, finished with marzipan and fondant icing (or Royal icing if you'd prefer)
All cakes (with the exception of traditional fruit cake) will be layered with buttercream and finished on the outside with a delicious ganache of either white chocolate, milk chocolate or dark chocolate. The cake will then be covered with fondant before being decorated.

Naked cake prices are based on vanilla, lemon or carrot cake filled with buttercream. *Fruit cake offered as a separate cutting cake.
